From 29th March Turkish Airlines is offering a fourth daily flight to Istanbul

In future there will four daily Turkish Airlines flights from the state capital on the Rhine to the metropolis on the Bosporus. The white and red jets take off at 7.45 am, 11.25 am, 1.50 pm and 5.25 pm on their flight of just under three and a quarter hours to Istanbul Ataturk International Airport.

Since modern Boeing 737-800 or Airbus A320/A321 aircraft are mainly used on all flights, capacity has risen by about a third by virtue of the additional flight. When required, wide-bodied aircraft such as the Airbus A330/A340 are also used on the route.

Measured by passenger numbers, Turkish Airlines is one of the Top Ten airlines in Düsseldorf. In addition to Istanbul, the airline also has scheduled flights to the Turkish capital Ankara and in the summer Adana, Izmir, Kayseri, Samsun and Trabzon will be added to the list of destinations. Turkish Airlines has been a member of the Star Alliance since 2007. Via its hub in Istanbul the airline offers interesting connections to the Middle and Far East.
